  6. This ship is an Earth defense force battlecruiser from the universe of
  7. the sci-fi animated classic STAR CRUISER YAMATO/STARBLAZERS, created by
  8. Yoshinobu Nishizaki, West Cape Co. Ltd; STARBLAZERS is (tm) Westchester
  9. Films, Inc..

  11. The Imagine object was based on a small Bandai model, and scale is roughly 1
  12. Imagine unit = 1 meter.  It's a large, top-of-the-line space warship (note
  13. the gold faceplates on the turrets!) with lots of big "guns" and not one, but
  14. TWO wave-motion guns in the bow.

  16. I can't read Kanji, so I've nicknamed her "Kongo" after the WW1/WW2
  17. battlecruiser class which also had four turrets and (initially) a very small
  18. bridge structure.  Fans of this sort of thing might wish to stretch the
  19. "hull" and add two more turrets and a dozen or so levels to the bridge to
  20. create an "Ise"-type hyperbattleship.

  22. IMAGINE note:  The "Grid" texture is used for "planking" on the deck.  You
  23. will have to adjust the path to texture in conformity with your particular
  24. system.
